Al Pacino is a versatile actor and director. In a long career spanning over fifty years, he’s received several awards and accolades, including two Academy Awards, two Emmy Awards, and two Lifetime Movie Awards. He wrote and directed the ‘God of Carnage,’ the movie adaptation of a novel that originally appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, and other publications. Al Pacino grew up in a home filled with Italian immigrants who were Americans and Americans who spoke Italian. Over the past few years, Pacino has been a major name in Hollywood, with a string of films including ‘The Godfather ‘The Godfather Part II.’ He is currently filming the action movie ‘God of Carnage.’ ‘God of Carnage,’ a remake of the 1970s movie, stars Al Pacino as a warlord who rules Las Vegas.
